Terms of use

The practical terms for using the Own The Feed website and the default position for service conversations before a separate proposal or statement of work is agreed.

The website is informational and does not create a client relationship by itself.

Paid work needs a written proposal, statement of work, or contract.

We do not guarantee LinkedIn, sales, follower, or revenue outcomes.

Using this website

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, misuse forms, copy protected materials, or use the site in a way that harms us or others.

We may update, remove, or change website content at any time. We try to keep information accurate, but we do not promise that every page will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Service scope

Own The Feed provides LinkedIn strategy, content systems, founder-led thought leadership support, category intelligence, reporting, and related B2B visibility work.

The exact scope, cadence, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, usage rights, revision process, and cancellation terms for paid work must be set out in a written proposal, statement of work, or contract.

No guaranteed outcomes

We aim to improve LinkedIn consistency, clarity, visibility, authority, and commercial usefulness. However, we do not guarantee follower growth, impressions, engagement, replies, booked calls, revenue, fundraising, hiring outcomes, or any specific business result.

LinkedIn and other third-party platforms may change their algorithms, access rules, product features, policies, or availability at any time.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, assets, access, context, and approvals needed for the agreed work.
  • Review drafts and recommendations within agreed timelines.
  • Make sure content is legally, factually, commercially, and compliance appropriate before publication.
  • Tell us about confidentiality issues, regulatory sensitivities, customer permissions, brand rules, or claims that need extra care.
  • Only give us materials that you have the right to use.

Approvals and publishing

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for final approval of anything published under your company or personal profiles.

We may help draft, edit, plan, schedule, or recommend content, but we are not your legal, regulatory, financial, or compliance adviser.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment dates, expenses, taxes, late payment terms, pause rights, and cancellation rights are handled in the relevant proposal, statement of work, invoice, or contract.

If a paid project begins before a long-form contract is signed, the written proposal, email approval, or statement of work may still define the commercial terms for that work.

Intellectual property and usage

We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, processes, templates, research methods, prompts, internal tools, design systems, and know-how.

Client-specific deliverables can be used by the client for the agreed business purpose once the relevant fees are paid, unless a written agreement says something different.

You must not copy, resell, or republish Own The Feed reports, templates, or frameworks outside normal internal business use without written permission.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect confidential information received from the other party and only use it for the purpose of discussing or delivering the relevant work.

Confidential information does not include information that is already public, independently developed, lawfully received from someone else, or required to be disclosed by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, lost opportunity, loss of goodwill, platform changes, or decisions you make based on website content or reports.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless a separate written client agreement says otherwise.
